Ehime is in the far Southwestern portion of Japan on the island of Shikoku. Sake from that region of Japan has a reputation for being on the sweet side, but is balanced overall. Being a Genshu, this Ginjo is not diluted after the brewing process which contributes to the rich mouth-feel. Flavorful and well-balanced sake with mild, fruity aromas and good acidity. Gift-boxed.
